Cancellation Policy

Registration can only be processed with full payment by bank transfer.
The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund the registration fee.
If you wish to cancel the registration, please proceed through the online registration system.
*Please note that the remittance fee and any other costs required for remittance are to be borne by the sender.

Cancellation of on-site participation

• If the payment is not received on 30 September after your registration, the registration shall be deemed to be canceled.
• Refunds for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and the cancellation charge. For cancellations received by 23:59 (Japan time) on 30 September, the registration fee deducted for a cancellation charge will be refunded.
• Any cancellation for the conference is to be made before 30 September. No refunds shall be made for cancellations received after 0:00 (Japan time) on 1 October 2023.
• The registration fee will not be refunded even in case of absence due to personal reasons or other unavoidable reasons such as bad weather or natural disasters.

Cancellation of online participation

• For cancellations received by 23:59 (Japan time) on 25 October, the registration fee deducted for a cancellation charge will be refunded.
• No refunds shall be made for cancellations received after 00:00 (Japan time) on 26 October 2023.
